The Toulouse Anatomic Girth is designed to prevent the saddle from slipping forward and to allow ample room behind the elbow. Especially beneficial for horses with a forward girth groove, the anatomic girth allows for pressure to remain in the girth groove at the sternum, while avoiding the area directly behind the elbow and preventing the saddle from sitting forward on the shoulder blade.

Nice quality leather and cushion on inside of girth. My horse seems quite comfortable with this girth. He tends to be a bit sensitive, so this girth is a nice change for him.
