Price Match Guarantee
As horse people, we’re always broke, so we understand why our customers are always looking for the best deal. We offer all of our products at the lowest price allowed by the manufacturers and we offer free shipping on orders over $100 (and what horse person can’t spend $100?). We can’t imagine you finding a better price anywhere on the web, but if you do, we will match it, guaranteed!
If you find a lower price in the United States, copy the web address and save it (or at least remember the website and the item number). You can then either call our toll free number: 877-322-7387 with the information or click here to open a support ticket. We will go to the competitor’s site, confirm the price and match it. It’s that simple.
Now remember, a price match means that we will sell it to you for EXACTLY what you would pay on the other website. If they charge shipping, we will charge shipping. If we offer a free gift, and they don’t, then we will match the price, but we won’t offer the free gift. Sometimes, the price on the other website is lower, and sometimes it only looks lower until you add in all the extras! Every price match we do is “Apples to Apples”. The competing retailer must also have the identical item you want, in stock, in the size and color you need, ready to ship. We only match US vendors. We believe that there is a value to buying in the US where you have consumer protections and easy returns, so we cannot match retailer prices outside of US.
We may be unable to price match “going out of business” sales, misprints (we will verify correct pricing), short-term sales where we cannot verify pricing, or prices based on product coupons. We cannot match prices with tack shops outside of the US.
As much as we’d like to give you the “deal of the century” on every item, we have to feed our families and pets, so we can’t offer any additional discounts, product coupons or free gifts with price-matched products. But you will still be getting the best price available anywhere online!
Unfortunately, there are a few items we cannot include in our Price Match Guarantee. We reserve the right to not price match any item:

- Burlingham Sports Arenas
- Wormers
- Pet Food
- Clippers
- Flea control products
- Fly Sprays and creams
- Most "consumables" - i.e. coat polish, hoof polish, etc
