Return unused items within 60 Days (Helmets must be returned in 30 Days) for a full refund to original payment method
Most items have a 60 day return policy
- Items returned within 60 Days are eligible for a full refund to original payment method or exchange
- Helmets must be returned within 30 Days for refund. After 30 days, all helmets are considered non-returnable
- Custom items are non-returnable
- Tent sale items are non-returnable
Items must be In new condition with packaging and tags
Please return items in new condition with original packaging and tags. Items returned in not like new condition may be rejected or be charged a restocking fee.
Some items are not returnable including tent sale items, custom items and undergarments
Some Items are non-returnable and include:
- Bits once placed in a horse's mouth
- Undergarments
- Tent sale items
- Manufacturer's closeouts
- Custom items
- Burlingham Sports items
In most cases, customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Regularly priced exchanges over $100 may be eligible for a free return label
Customer is normally responsible to pay any return shipping costs. Exceptions to this rule include:
- Defective items
- Items sent in error
- Exchanges over $100
Occasionally, we will run a special on an item that we will pay return shipping if the item doesn't work out. These items will have the free return shipping status clearly marked.
We are happy to provide a prepaid return label at our reduced cost for all returns. Cost of return label will be deducted from your refund if you opt to use it.
Taxes may not be refunded on International Orders
Due to the complicated nature of International transactions, we cannot refund taxes on International Order returns in most cases.
We honor manufacturer's warranties on defective items
If you believe an item is defective, please indicate when you open your RMA. Adams honors manufacturer's warranties. Note that if a manufacturer deems your issue is not a defect, we will not be able to refund or replace the item.
Note only one warranty return is permitted per purchase.
Free Exchanges on Regularly Priced Sized Items over $100 Policy
- Item must be sized
- Item must be over $100
- Item must not be an oversized or custom item
- Item must be regularly priced and not a sale, closeout, manufacturer's closeout
- Item must be shipped to the US
- You must choose store credit or exchange as your refund method
- One free exchange per item
Please follow these guidelines to ensure your return is refunded in quickly and in full.
Be sure you return an item within a protective box.
Please do not ship your items back in their packaging only box. For example, tall boot boxes must be placed inside a shipping box. Items with damaged packaging will be subject to a restocking fee. Due to helmets being a safety device that can be damaged by being dropped or mishandled, any helmets returned without a protective box will not be refunded as they are no longer sellable.
Return using a shipping method with tracking
Please be sure you have a tracking number and delivery confirmation for your return shipment. We recommend insuring your package.

Refunds
Expect your refund to original payment method within 3 to 10 days after we receive your return. If you requested an exchange, we will ship the exchange as soon as we can. If the exchange item is not in stock, there may be a slight delay.
